1 When applying for enrolment in SUTROFOR, students can apply for a yearly bursary of € 1500. Each bursary is granted, before study start, for two years. The bursary is granted on a competitive basis but the number of available bursaries usually exceeds the number of qualified applications. The bursary, if granted, is deducted from the consortium fee prior to payment. In other words, the annual consortium fee to be paid is only € 3000. 2 Each SUTROFOR student automatically receives a subsidy of €1000 when participating in the Joint Summer Module. Applications for funding are not necessary. 3 SUTROFOR students that are EU nationals are eligible to receive an Erasmus mobility grant when moving to their second year SUTROFOR institution. These grants vary a little (depending on country) but are usually approximately €2000. 4 Thesis grants of €3100 are available to SUTROFOR students that are EU nationals. Application must be submitted to the SUTROFOR Secretariat. Thesis field work must be conducted at SUTROFOR South Partnership institutions. |
